Primeiro dia de academia e outro dia de pesquisa

Outro dia de pesquisa e avanços nos trabalhos em grupo. Comecei os estudos da minha pesquisa estudando sobre o conceito de Responsabilidade por Hans Jonas e outros autores brasileiros e estrangeiros como: ALESSIO, R , TRAQUINA, Nelson, HALIN, Daniel. Após as atividades acadêmicas e caminhar um pouco pelo centro explorando mais a cidade, o ponto de encontro foi a academia. Fiquei surpresa com a qualidade dos aparelhos e as diversas opcoes de exercicios, sem dúvida não faltam maneiras de como exercitar o corpo e a mente. A academia conta com atividades como: musculação, dança, ioga, tennis , badminton, dentre outros. Me senti muito bem e mais disposta apos as atividades fisicas e acho que é um estimulo a manter a saúde e a mente equilibrada.

First day in tthe gym and another day of research

Another day of research and advances in group work. I started my research studying the concept of Responsibility by Hans Jonas and other Brazilian and foreign authors as: ALESSIO, R, TRAQUINA, Nelson, Halin, Daniel.After Carnival Project activities and walk a little by further exploring the city center, the meeting point was the gym. I was surprised with the quality of equipment and different workout options, is certainly no shortage of ways to exercise the body and the mind. The academy includes activities such as weight training, dance, yoga, tennis, badminton, among others.I felt very well prepared after the physical activity and think it is a stimulus to maintain health and a balanced mind.
