No primeiro domingão em Coventry, a turma foi para Stratford visitar Shakspeare, mas preferi ficar pelo alojamento para arrumar as coisas e descansar da viagem.

Quarto arrumado, malas guardadas, chegou a hora de organizar a papelada e planejar o almoço de domingo. Por volta de meio dia fui ao centro verificar as opções de almoço e conhecer um pouco a cidade.

Andando sem lenço e sem documento, olhei rapidamente os veículos estacionados em frente ao Coventry Transport Museum. Em seguida, andando sem rumo, passei por um dos shoppings da cidade, de onde vinha uma música. Nada mais nada menos que uma orquestra animava o almoço dos ingleses.

Aproveitei para comprar o Sim Card, tornando-me quase um cidadão britânico. Visitas à Waterstone’s e à Poundland. Decidi almoçar num restaurante italiano, comendo um macarrão ao sugo com frango. Compras na Poundland e no Sainbusry’s e a volta para o Singer Hall para um rápido cochilo.

A noite ao preparar o lanche, aproveitei para bater um papo com o vizinho palestino. Brasil, futebol e o custo de vida nos nossos países foram o tema do debate. Após um breve papo com os recém-chegados Marcos e Luiz, aproveitei para iniciar o preenchimento do último formulário solicitado no Brasil e ir dormir.

Recognizing the area

On the first Sunday in Coventry, group went to visit Stratford (Shakespeare), but I preferred to stay at accommodation to tidy things up and rest of the trip.

Room tidy, bags saved, the time has come to organize the paperwork and plan for Sunday lunch. Around noon I went downtown to check options of lunch and learn a little about the city.

Walking without scarf and without document, looked quickly the vehicles parked in front of the Coventry Transport Museum. Then, walking aimlessly, I went through one of the city's shopping malls, where he came from a song. Nothing less than an orchestra encouraged the lunch on of the British.

I buy Sim Card, becoming almost a British citizen. Visits to Waterstone's and Poundland. I decided to have lunch in an Italian restaurant, eating a pasta  with chicken. Shop at Poundland and Sainbusry's and back to the Singer's Hall for a quick nap.

At night, when I’m preparing the snack, I have a chat with the Palestinian neighbor. Brazil, football and the cost of living in our countries were the subject of debate. After a brief chat with Marcos and Luiz, I start filling in the form requested in Brazil and go to sleep.
