Depois de um CARNiVAL Talks nada melhor do que o dia seguinte para recuperarmos os neurônios queimados no dia anterior! Apesar de querermos sempre fazer o melhor, nem sempre conseguimos e com certeza ter consciência das nossas limitações nos faz crescer! Sempre devemos ter o foco no aprendizado porque podemos o tempo inteiro estar aprendendo seja quando acertamos ou quando erramos. Como dizem é errando que se aprende já que soubéssemos não teríamos errado!
Neste sentido o dia hoje foi programado para aliviarmos as tensões do corpo através da prática de exercícios físicos muito importante já que estamos em um processo de adaptação a nova rotina de trabalho, na alimentação e nas horas de sono. Acredito que nosso lema agora deva ser o bom e tradicional KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON!
